Una volta il più importante mercato d’antiquariato. Probabilmente del mondo!
Oggi è turistico. Affascinante ma prettamente turistico.
Ecco come i turisti non l’hanno mai visto
I visitatori (90% italiani) arrivano dalle 9
Io faccio base nella via accanto perciò riesco ad andarci presto

Oggi ho fatto l’albero
Anzi, un albero. Il primo….
Premessa: non faccio alberi con decori tradizionali.
Sarebbe troppo facile e non mi divertirei.
L’albero deve “dire” qualcosa dell’anno che sta finendo.
Questo è stato l’anno del blog …
Ecco i miei addobbi di quest’anno:

Noel pottery are modern, made in a old pottery factory.
They still manufacture pottery in the traditional way.
Hand made and hand decorated.

Le ceramiche “Noel” sono di produzione attuale: le faccio fare in una delle poche pottery rimaste nello Staffordshire.
Una piccola ed antica fornace che produce e decora le ceramiche come una volta.
Tutto rigorosamente fatto a mano.
