Greetings from The Ritz London. I hope this email finds you well. Many thanks for your email and your approach. Given The Ritz London’s reputation for Afternoon Tea, the visual image of our tea service is an integral aspect of our brand. Therefore, to promote someone drinking tea/coffee in The Ritz but from a cup and saucer that is not our own I feel undermines our brand somewhat. Therefore, please accept my apologies but we are unable to accommodate this request.

Un’altra marca che mi piace molto è Laura Ashley. Mi ha affascinato da quando studiai la sua storia a scuola piú di 20 anni fa, ancor prima di essere stata in Inghilterra…

Another brand that I really like is Laura Ashley.
I was fascinated by his story from when I studied it at school more than 20 years ago.
Here we are in one of its stores…
